Thank you to everyone who came our for the first (soon to be annual!) Red Carpet Soiree at the St. Johns Town Center on Sunday August 25th. As the Style Setter, I rocked an awesome set up designed with help from LUSH Cosmetics, Brooks Brothers, and White House Black Market.
This was the Style Setter set up outside of Omega, who were also participating in the event.
LUSH provided some awesome samples of hot products for Fall. Including shampoo bars, bath bubblers, lotion, and more! One of my favorites was the Stimulating and Reviving Minty Shampoo Bar. A mix of spice and mint, it was very evocative of the upcoming season, with the added benefit of increasing hair growth for thinning tresses! I had to stop a couple people from taking a bite, they were so scrumptious looking! LUSH also brightened my tables with their Phoenix Rising, another spicy scent of apple and cinnamon meant for the bath, it was definitely a hit with its gorgeous purple and gold tones. Also featured was LUSH's new Rock Your Body kit for $25.95 you get their Dream Cream hand and body lotion, Sugar Scrub, and your choice of soap and dusting powder - quite the set for such a great price! Beautiful, right? Phoenix Rising bath bubblers!
Rock Your Body kits and a plate of Black Stockings body tints (perfect for keeping that summer glow through Fall)!
White House Black Market is featuring some awesome end-of-summer-ready-for-fall fashion this season! With their classic white and black, they are featuring a refreshing teal and I thought this monochrome teal number was perfect for a Florida fall. With the higher neckline (very prevalent in designs at NYFW for Fall 2013) you get a sexy keyhole that makes this good from work to play on a Friday night! Also shown is the very cute Tiered Floral Bustier, perfect for work with a cardigan over it or great for weekends with denim.. who doesn't love a shirt with so much wearability?

Another thing at White House Black Market that caught my eye was their new Instantly Slimming dresses. With built in shapewear and tiers of diagonal criss crossing, this dress emphasis all the right curves and conceals everything else! Perfect for date nights! Pictured alongside this miracle dress, is Brooks Brothers' Tipped V Neck Sweater in grey heather. I love good grey, and the maroon and white styling is a subtle way to bring in a great tie for a sophisticated fall layered look.

I LOVED this laid back look from White House Black Market - and this outift was a hit among my younger audience not accustomed to shopping at White House Black Market. Hey! What is your Style Setter for but not to show you what you don't know?! Their Fall Tweed Jacket is the perfect staple item for Autumn this year - amazing over a tee and jeans or an instant professional look over a black work dress.. you can't go wrong with this investment! My main man over there.. was a hit too. Who doesn't love a good burgundy and hunter look? He was turning heads left and right... from all age ranges! The classic gingham looked great paired with the sophisticated tweed and the color combination of light blue, hunter green, tan, and burgundy is spot on for the upcoming season.. still too hot for that many layers in Florida? Ditch the jacket and sweater vest, roll up the gingham sleeves and you have a great professional yet fun look with just the maroon, light blue, and spunky bow tie.

The first ever St Johns Town Center Red Carpet Soiree was a hit for the Style Setter in all of us! And although I'm getting hitched soon.. my fiance didn't mind if I snapped a photo with my date for the night..
